Purpose and acceptance
ALDO AI provides real-time assistance during your calls and meetings. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
Access to the service and account
The service is reserved for adults with legal capacity to contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity on your account. An account is personal.
Offers, prices and payment
Live assistance uses minutes billed to the second. Offers, their prices including taxes in euros and their volumes are shown before any purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unused subscription minutes carry over as stated in the offer; pass minutes remain valid for the stated period.
Subscription: renewal and cancellation
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically at each billing date. You can cancel it at any time from your space: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, at no cost.
Unlimited plan and fair use
The Unlimited plan gives access to live sessions with no minute count for the whole paid period. Each session lasts up to four hours, and you can open as many as you like. It is designed for the personal use, however intensive, of one person: an account is not shared, resold, or used to run the service in an automated way or on behalf of third parties. If use clearly departs from these principles, we contact you to talk it through and, where needed, offer a suitable plan. On cancellation, unlimited access ends with the current period.
Right of withdrawal
Minutes and the subscription are digital content supplied immediately after purchase. At checkout, you expressly request this immediate supply and waive your fourteen-day right of withdrawal, as provided by consumer law.
Your content and documents
You remain the owner of the documents you import and of your session transcripts. You grant us only the rights needed to provide the service. You can delete your content at any time.
Informing participants and complying with the law
You are responsible for informing the participants in your calls that you are using an assistant and for complying with applicable laws on recording, capture and consent; some jurisdictions require the consent of all parties. You agree to use the service in line with the rules of the organisation or examination you take part in.
Artificial intelligence and accuracy
Answers are generated automatically from the conversation and your documents. They are suggestions: you alone decide what you say and the decisions you make.
Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app for as long as your account exists. The ALDO AI software, brand and content remain our property.
Closing the account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, after informing you where possible.
Liability
The service is provided with due care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage. Nothing in these terms limits your consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Any significant change is notified to you at least thirty days before it takes effect; if you refuse it, you can cancel your subscription before that date.

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the protective provisions of your country of residence.
